Getting ready for assessment tests before taking the real thing is crucial. These tests are usually time-limited and composed of multiple-choice questions. It’s perfectly understandable to find this stage stressful and intimidating; after all, who wouldn’t? Therefore, the more you practise in advance, the more confidence you will have during the real test and the better you will perform.

It may seem counterproductive that, to get a job and earn money, you need to pay for the right practice materials. We also see the frustration that can cause so we decided to provide free exams to help make this process easier for you.

About our online tests

Numerical

If you are an engineer, a programmer, or if you work in a similar field, then you are likely to come across a numerical test during the pre-employment procedure. This type of exam is also required for many other jobs, because your calculation skills and quantitative thinking will need to be assessed to choose the best candidate for the position.

Verbal

This verbal test is important for most (if not all) jobs because they examine your language skills. As part of this assessment, you will be given a text and asked to analyse it with true/false statements.

Inductive

Designed in the form of a logical test, the inductive exam measures your intelligence (non-verbal) and cognitive abilities. Through these assessments, recruiters can evaluate how you think and react to new rules – mostly as patterns of rules in diagrams. Therefore, this test is significant to most, if not all, jobs and professions.

Situational Judgment Test (SJT)

In most jobs, at some point you will have to make decisions in complex situations and determine what would be the best action. For the SJT, you will be asked to choose a method of action out of several options in response to work-related scenarios. This practice test will prepare you to anticipate the best course of action for each question.
