Here it comes…the dreaded question, the one that will have you feeling trapped in the interviewer’s claws with no way to escape when they ask – ‘Where do you see yourself in 5 years?’ No interviewer expects you to know exactly what will happen to you in the future. So then, why bother asking such a ridiculous question?

Most interviewers will, at one point or another, pose the commonly-asked question ‘what are your greatest strengths?’ If you’re someone who knows all of your best qualities and has no problem sharing this knowledge with the world; then this may seem to be a piece of cake. However, this question, like many others, has more to it than meets the eye.

One of the big questions which tends to stump many candidates is ‘what was the toughest challenge you have had to face’?  This question can be a tricky one because you don’t know just how personal you should get.
